CANCELLATION POLICY:

  • We require a credit card to guarantee all bookings. We accept all major credit cards. Credit Cards will not be charged until you check out.
  • If you do not have a credit card, we require a deposit to the value of one nights’ accommodation, to be paid 48 hours prior to arrival. If the deposit cannot be made within this time frame, we will only hold the room requested until 3pm.
  • Deposit refunds are only guaranteed if the reservation is cancelled with at least 48 hours notice. Cancellation after this time will attract a cancellation fee of up to 100% of the deposit paid.
  • Any cancellations or changes to bookings must be made at least 48 hours prior to the check in date and time or you will be charged the full amount of the booking. This includes any additional unit/s or bed/s booked.
  • We reserve the right to reconsider the availability of a current booking, should you reduce the length of your stay.

    • GROUP BOOKINGS:

  • To secure your group booking we require a 50% non-refundable deposit upon confirmation of your groups booking. The balance is then due upon arrival at Astro Accommodation.
    We ask final numbers are reconfirmed with Astro Accommodation at least 1 week prior to arrival. We’ll send you a rooming list to be completed and returned prior to your arrival. This will speed up the check in process as well.
    All reservation requests are tentative until we have received your 50% deposit. If the deposit is not received by the due date, Astro Accommodation Taupo reserves the right to cancel your booking.
  • Cancellations made within 1 week of arrival will result in your group being charged for the full stay.
  • Group “no show” will also be charged in full back to the group.
  • Changes of up to a 10% decrease in numbers of the original size can be made without penatly, provided Astro Accommodation is notified a minimum of 1 week prior to arrival. Any request to increase the group size will be accommodated subject to availability and the group will be charged accordingly.

    • In case of any discrepancies at the time of check in:

  • Though not guaranteed, Astro Accommodation will make every reasonable effort to accommodate new booking requirements not reflected in the group booking confirmation
  • Astro Accommodation is not responsible for any changes or discrepancies in booking details not reflected in the booking confirmation

    • CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT TIMES:

  • Check-In time is from 2pm. Check-Out is 10am. If you require a late Check-Out please enquire on arrival at reception. There will be a charge for this service.

    • SEASONAL RATES

  • Astro Accommodation Taupo reserves the right to Adjust our prices and length of stay during any of the following. Peak season rates and stay Length will apply during all special occassions, E.G Public Holidays, Any Special Events, School Holidays, Summer season (November thru april)

  • Internet Banking, Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard accepted), Cheque and EFTPOS
